Eso - healer guide


Heals for days


So heres what i have run and what i have and use


High Elf
Magic receovery 9%
Max magic 10%
Fire Elec Frost 4%

This was the best healer until the last patch and while you get more magic and regen with this character if you take the Healer mundus stone you come out about even.


Armor set 1
Find maybe a set that works for you but this is pretty fucking good

Front bar

Area heal and Buff - Ritual Of Retribution
Seen as i dont need a gap closer i might as well use a mixed ability and must have this is an area heal and buff so drop it and get 25% boost on heals plus if your on fire from siege then just drop this and remove those effects and put the flames out and then heal back up easy plus anyone in the group or in pvp with you can use it to cleanse fire and harmful effects most of your heals you run all range to the same as this so its a handy hint how far you can heal to.
Main Dps - Puncturing Sweeps
While we dont really deal damage this is kinda a self defense tactic it does some damage and will heal on each hit so it keep syou from dying and might just might stop who ever killing you as easy.
Heal/Shield - Honor The Dead
Nice fas heal the best in the game really a little op for me but hey as a healer im fine with it as your ment to heal the team and in doing so keeping yourself alive kinda helps i dont see many fucking heals from dead folk. But this is kinda limited in some ways it nly heals you an 2 others but those 2 are random as fuck so if you have 4 people in a group all taking damage and low health this aint gonna help unless you spam the fuck outa it but its costly.
Buff - Radiant Aura
Gives back magic regen much needed for you and probs most of the group if the groups all stamina slap back on Inner Light here and gain more magic.
Support - Luminous Shards
Fire these fucks down like an arrow volly but instant well close to and if your team mates run up to it they can pick it up to regen stamina an magica so great in dungeons round up the enemy and slam them with this or when a tanks getting low on stamina and needs a top up hit the boss next to him with this let him top up
Ultimate - Remembrance/Dawnbreaker Of Smithing.
This is awesome with my build it kicks out around 12k per second and over 4 seconds hits team mates for just short of 49k health and reduces the damage taken by team mates by 24% while you use it plus with all the passives on that skill line you gain a damage shield while using it. Stick on some other shit here and then but only if the team doesnt need the heals. Or some dawnbreaker for some nice damage and an knock down on mobs.

Buff - Turn Undead/Overflowing Alter
New ability im running here for Tanks and help run up drop this for 24 seconds and take less damage by 8% and get 10% stam regen. If they dont need the extr protection and heals are a must then slap this down.
Main Heal - Mutagen
Nice heal over time buffed up it does over 1k per second and keeps team mates healed during fights and if they get in trouble the mutagen kicks in and heals for 8k and removes one effect fire poison and so on.
Shield - Restoring Focus
Simple shield buff drop this and gain 5.2k shield but its a magic pool so stand in it and get back about 3 times more magic than it costs to use so its kinda like having an extra 250 regen for the time it works
Buff - Combat Prayer
Great heal that hits straight out and does around 7k but its a team buff hit them with it and give them an 8% buff on damage they can deal plus a resistance buff
Finisher - Purifying light/Energy orb
Hit them with this and let the team rack up damage and then its explodes dealing up to around 24k damage you cant deal much damage so help store up and deal damage through them. Or float in some blue balls that deal tiny damage bu heal and give people a synergy to use and gain back magic.
Ultimate - War Horn
This spot i tend to swap out for things at different times area damage or what ever seems to be needed its up to you and the needs of the group.

Buff - Healing Ward/Overflowing Alter/Siege Weapon Shield
Protect em newbs but its only single target so Overflowing Alter is better when you fighting in one spot help the team here but when you attack a keep get in under and start knocking that door down go with Siege Shield and take 75% less damage swap with that and Cleanse to take away what damage is left.

Perfect if you run Transmutation as this is a heal over time and will grant people an extra 1250 crit resistance.

This is a nice combo with Siege Shield and Mutagen and Transmutation

Ok so start on front bar drop Cleanse gain 25% heals bar swap and then hit Mutagen it gives the team with this build a 20k tick thats 1k per second hit it twice as it always gives you a heal but only hits two other people and in group dungeons its 3 so hit it twice then as the group runs in and start rounding up the adds hit Radiant Aura gain magic back from the enemy and for the team then bar swap and then wait find the Tank and drop Cleanse again so hes inside the healing area then some Shards on him and then bar swap and hit the Dps with Combat Prayer this gives a heal but its a small buff for them damage wise and then watch the top corner of the screen make sure no ones health dips badly if it drops get on it as fast as you can if its one guy maybe the Tank hit Honor The Dead get him back up if its a small dip in health hit Combat Prayer.

Simple as fuck and thats it keep an eye on the Tank more so and keep him up one Dps down is easy come back and get him up the Tank down and then the Dps are both in trouble as they probably wont take that kinda damage from bosses and stay alive and even if they do by running using dodge roll they are not doing damage an you just got a slow group keep the Tank up and alive and let the Dps deal damage and wipe things out. Keep in mind the Tanks stamina for blocking and when hitting Shards hit the enemy sure but then hit him so h can stay in that spot and use it and get back stamina then top up the Dps and drop one on each of them.

I see so many poor healers in dungeons walk into rooms and then spaaaaammmmmm Mutagen over and over it does shit all hitting it once is all thats needed hitting it again just refreshes it and if they dont even drop Cleanse for the bonus 25% your so they hit maybe if they have a good build like this 15k but even then in most cases if i see it i can tell they are shit and probably have a shit build and poor heals so you would be lucky to get a 12k tick from it over 20 seconds giving you nothing in heals its almost worthless. Then you see the Healing Springs spammers standing hitting it over and over as you tank and deal damage well this heals is s low and shit i dont even use it my Mutagen and cleanse will give you a 2.5k heal tick per second Healing Springs is like 3 seconds at max its a hopeless heal and yes you get back magic from healing people but the gain back is so low to almost be worthless its a drain and stupid. My healer build will do around a 30k instant heal from Honor The Dead thats the most i have seen it do as most times when anyone gets hit from a boss for 30k they die but that time i gt to see it work the Tank had 44k health lol so he took the hit and i was able heal him in one go and the 30k was his missing health so maybe id does more.
